This 13-week opportunity in Canton, CT offers Monday-Friday daytime coverage, 40 hours per week, and a collaborative outpatient Family Medicine setting.
Join a team of experienced Family Medicine physicians with convenient access to multiple specialties, including Sports Medicine, Psychiatry, Nephrology, Endocrinology, and Cardiology.

PRACTICE FULL-SCOPE FAMILY MEDICINE
Step into a comprehensive primary care role where you'll manage a diverse outpatient population and provide continuity across acute, chronic, and preventive care.
Your practice will include:
- Chronic Disease Management
- Acute Care Visits
- Annual Wellness Visits
- Annual Physical Exams
- Well Child Visits
- Transition of Care Management
- Preventive Care
- Epic In Basket Cross-Coverage
USE YOUR PROCEDURAL SKILLS
Physicians with appropriate training may also have the opportunity to perform:
- Joint Injections
- IUD Insertions
- Implantable Contraception
- Incision and Drainage of Abscesses
- Skin Biopsies
Prenatal care is optional for physicians with appropriate training and documentation.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- MD or DO
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Strong outpatient Family Medicine experience
- Epic experience is essential
- Comfortable managing comprehensive primary care
- Able to provide Epic In Basket cross-coverage
- Office procedure experience is a plus
