Job description
We are seeking an experienced Primary Care Provider to provide temporary coverage for an upcoming maternity leave. This is an on-site position with an enterprise client. The physician will provide comprehensive primary care services to an established patient population.
Job Responsibilities
- The provider will work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with Medical Assistants and administrative staff who provide day-to-day clinical and operational support.
- Provide comprehensive primary care services in an on-site clinical setting.
- Conduct annual physicals and preventive health examinations.
- Evaluate and treat patients for acute and chronic health concerns through problem-based visits.
- Manage medications, including prescribing, monitoring, and adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
- Order and interpret laboratory and point-of-care testing.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Provide patient education and support preventive health and wellness initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of recent Primary Care experience required.
- Strong experience independently managing a broad range of primary care visits.
-Experience with annual physicals, acute/problem-based visits, preventive care, medication management, and specialist referrals.
- Well-woman care experience is a plus but not required.
Working Hours
- Start Date: November 30, 2026
- Anticipated End Date: March 12, 2027
- Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8 am - 5 pm
- Flexibility to start earlier would be beneficial if available.
