What You'll Do:

• Provide preventive care, annual physicals, and sick visits
• Diagnose and treat acute conditions and manage chronic diseases
• Oversee medication management and health screenings
• Serve as the patient's first point of contact within a coordinated care network
• Collaborate with a broad range of specialists across the practice

What You'll Bring:

• MD or DO, board certified/eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active or eligible New York medical license
• Comfort working within a production-based (revenue-share) compensation model
• Open to new grads or physicians with prior experience
