Opportunity Highlights
- Schedule: Full-time
- Monday 7:30am-6:00pm;
- Tuesday through Friday 7:30am-5:00pm
- Job Setting:
- Primary Care Office
- Types of Cases:
- ???????Full spectrum of family medicine including direct patient care, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, teaching and mentoring, quality improvement initiatives, and community health support. Documented in Epic EMR.
- Team:
- 2 providers, 3 APPs, 2 LMSW, PharmD, Care Manager, and 21 support staff
- Teaching Opportunities:
- Yes - Residents, Medical Students, Fellows
- Call Requirements:
- On-call shared between multiple offices. Physicians rotate approximately 8 on-call weeks per year depending on the number of providers in the call pool.

Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible:
- Board Certified
- Board Eligible (must achieve Board Certification within 2 years of becoming Board Eligible)
- Open to new graduates.
- Certifications:
- BLS, ACLS (or willing to obtain); Controlled Substance (CSR/CDS); DEA (or willing to obtain)
- Licensure:
- Active Michigan Medical License (or ability to obtain)
- Malpractice:
- Clean malpractice history (preferred)
- Visa:
- Open to candidates requiring J1 or H1B visa support
