Job Responsibilities
Care for a diverse adult patient population in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine settings
Develop long-term patient relationships and coordinate care across specialties
Utilize evidence-based medicine to promote patient wellness and improved outcomes
Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient-centered care
