Locum Physician Family Medicine
Position Type: Locum

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM only
Position Details: Primary care coverage with approximately 20 patients per day. One MA and one PAR assigned to each provider.
Patient Population: Newborn - Geriatric; adult and pediatric outpatient
Setting: Outpatient
Responsibilities: Provide primary care; adult outpatient care; pediatric general outpatient care; gynecology care including pelvic exams and Pap smears; EKG interpretation.
Required Procedures: Gynecology pelvic exam/Pap smear
EMR System: Cerner
Support Staff: One MA and one PAR per provider
Days Per Month: Monday - Friday
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified in Family Medicine and active Michigan license at time of name clear
- Family Medicine experience and local to Michigan
- Self-Query NPDB pulled within the month
