Family Medicine Physician | Saratoga Springs, NY | $250K–$260K + $75K Sign-On | 4- or 5-Day Week

Med Ninjas is recruiting a full-time board-certified Family Medicine Physician for an established, patient-centered outpatient practice in Saratoga Springs, New York. The role offers flexible 4- or 5-day scheduling, phone-only call with RN triage, and a $75,000 starting bonus paid in the first paycheck.

Position Snapshot

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages

• Work as part of a dynamic, physician-led care team

• Maintain a 40-hour work week with 34 hours of direct patient contact

• Participate in a light on-call schedule with phone-only coverage and RN triage

• Perform telemedicine coverage for a few hours on designated weekends every few months

• Collaborate with APPs, with potential for increased compensation

• Engage in teaching opportunities with medical and NP/PA students

• See an average of 18–24 patients per day

• Optional opportunities in hospital medicine or administrative leadership roles

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary between $250,000 and $260,000, with additional income through productivity incentives

• Starting bonus of up to $75,000 paid in the first paycheck

You Must Have

• Board certification in Family Medicine, within five years of eligibility and working toward certification

• Active New York license, or willingness to obtain

• DEA and ACLS certifications by start date

• Willingness to work full-time on a 4- or 5-day schedule

• Strong interest in providing primary care for all age groups

• NPDB self-query pulled within the last 30 days

• Candidates with lapsed board certification are not accepted

• Not seeking 1099 arrangements, visa sponsorship, or long-distance commuting

• The client cannot clear local candidates within 30 miles of their institutions
