A growing outpatient primary care organization is seeking a Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join its Atlanta-area practice.
This is an opportunity for a physician who enjoys building long-term patient relationships and practicing comprehensive, evidence-based primary care within a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment.
The practice utilizes an integrated care model that brings together physicians, APPs, behavioral health professionals, nutrition resources, nursing, and care coordination to address the full range of factors affecting patient health.

Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Conduct annual wellness visits, physical examinations, screenings, and preventive care
Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's clinical needs
Incorporate preventive, behavioral, nutritional, and lifestyle considerations when appropriate
Coordinate care with specialists, hospitals, and community providers
Collaborate with APPs, behavioral health professionals, nutrition resources, nursing, and care coordination teams
Provide clinical consultation, case review, mentorship, and oversight for APPs
Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives
Maintain accurate and timely EHR documentation
Promote evidence-based, patient-centered care
Support a respectful, collaborative clinical environment
Qualifications
MD or DO
Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active, unrestricted Georgia medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
Current DEA registration
Current BLS certification or ability to obtain
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered primary care
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of outpatient primary care experience following residency
Medicare enrollment or eligibility
Experience in team-based care
Experience in value-based care
Population health experience
Preventive medicine focus
Previous APP supervision, mentorship, or clinical oversight
