Primary Care Health Services, Inc. (PCHS) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our growing healthcare team in Pittsburgh, PA!
Position: Family Medicine Physician Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time Location: Pittsburgh, PA Organization: Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)

The Family Medicine Physician will provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care to patients and families in a community-based healthcare setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who is committed to patient-centered care and making a meaningful impact in the community.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary and family medicine services.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Provide preventive care, health education, and wellness services.
- Develop and manage individualized patient treatment plans.
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing.
- Prescribe medications and treatments appropriately.
- Make referrals to specialists and other healthcare providers as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
- Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, behavioral health professionals, and other members of the healthcare team.
- Participate in quality improvement and other organizational initiatives.
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
- Current and unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain.
- Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain.
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality patient care.
- FQHC or community health center experience is preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- $ 90.00/hr. - $ 125.00/hr.
