The Role
- Monday–Friday schedule, typically 8: 00 AM–5: 00 PM
- Option to work a longer 8: 00 AM–7: 00 PM day in exchange for a shorter day
- Choose a 4-day or 4.5-day workweek
- Average 16–24 patients per day
- Collaborative, team-based care model
- Opportunity to focus 100% on patient care, or:
- 80–90% clinical care
- 10–20% Associate Medical Director responsibilities
- Leadership responsibilities are optional — you can choose to remain fully clinical
