A mission-driven community health organization in St. Louis is seeking an Associate Medical Director / Primary Care Physician to join its leadership team. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and follow-up care.
• Serve as a clinical resource and consultant to APPs.
• Assist with provider recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management.
• Support quality improvement, patient satisfaction, and productivity initiatives.
• Participate in provider meetings, operational planning, and clinical leadership activities.
• Contribute to after-hours call coverage and inpatient coordination as needed.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, General Practice, Pediatrics, or related Primary Care specialty
• Active Missouri medical license or ability to obtain
• DEA required
• Leadership experience preferred
• Community health or FQHC experience is a plus
