Seeking a physician board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Outpatient Only
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Geriatric/Medicare Advantage Patient Base
Average Daily Census: 12-15
Full Staff: Physicians, NPs or Pas, Medical Assistants & Care Coaches
The Focus Is on Patient Care not RVU’s or High Patient Volume

Qualifications
Licensure: An unrestricted Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
At least one year of experience in geriatrics, outpatient primary care, private practice, or a similar setting is required. At least one year of experience in Managed care/value-based care is required. Physicians will be considered only if they hold a current Florida ACN license and have at least two years of senior-focused outpatient value-based care experience with Medicare Advantage patients.
