- Provide family medicine and primary care services.
- Evaluate and treat patients across all age groups.
- Conduct patient visits in an outpatient clinical setting.
- Manage an average daily volume of approximately 20 patients.
- Develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the care team to support continuity of care.
Required
- Ability to provide primary care for patients of all ages.
- Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
- Local availability for the Stonecrest, Georgia assignment.
Preferred
- Family medicine experience.
- Experience managing a diverse primary care patient population.
