- Required clinical activity in the last 24 months (case logs) Applicant must demonstrate involvement as an admitting physician for at least (20) patients during the past two (2) years.
- Will provider work solo? Yes
- Licensed Candidate: No, but highly preferred with start date in 12/2026
- Required certifications (Must be from American Heart Association or American Red Cross as applicable) BLS
