Family Medicine Opening in Sheboygan, WI Full-Time & Permanent Details:
- Optimal Patient Volume: 1.0 FTE consists of 35 patient contact hours, providing a manageable pace with dedicated time for clinical excellence.
- Flexible Scheduling: Choose between a four- or five-day workweek with full-time and part-time opportunities available; no late nights or weekends.
- Advanced Efficiency Tools: Integrated Epic EMR, DAX Copilot (AI ambient sensing), and Dragon dictation tools significantly reduce charting time and administrative burden.
- Team-Based Model: Join a collegial group of 2 Physicians and 2 APPs supported by a robust nursing, administrative, and specialty infrastructure.
- Minimal Call: Equitable 1:7 call rotation; nurse triage handles all first-line calls, ensuring your time off is truly protected.
- Clinical Autonomy: Focus on outpatient-based family medicine with the freedom to incorporate procedures based on your professional interests.
- Two-year salary guarantee followed by a transition to a high-earning, production-based model in year three, keeping a base salary.
