60% | 40% academic and outpatient clinical, teaching and mentoring residents, with an Associate Professor title and potential for future leadership. Competitive salary negotiable based on experience, plus up to a $30K incentive, excellent benefits, and loan repayment. Telephone call is only about once every six months.
