• Full-time physician position providing comprehensive primary care.
• Treat patients of all ages and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Work with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Job Responsibilities
• Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications.
• Review lab and imaging results.
• Coordinate specialty referrals.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation.
• Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, and behavioral health staff.
• Participate in quality improvement and community health activities.
Qualifications
• Active, unrestricted Texas physician license or eligibility.
• Current Texas DEA and DPS registrations.
• Active BLS/CPR certification.
• Meet required CME and board requirements.
• Ability to obtain hospital privileges if required.
• 1+ year of clinical experience preferred.
Working Hours
• Friday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.
• Weekends off.
• Rotating, low-volume after-hours call for Family Medicine physicians.
