General Summary
Provides clinical and administrative services involving primary medical care to patients in a family practice setting.
WellSpan Health, a not-for-profit, community-based health care system in central Pennsylvania is seeking a Family Physician�to join the team of providers at�our Community Health Center in York.� We are looking for someone who shares our goals of providing high quality, culturally sensitive care to the underserved.
WellSpan Primary Care practices now utilize�Epic?s�Ai scribe that ambiently listens to the patient visit and generates a clinical note in�the EPIC electronic health record for the provider.
Position Highlights:
- Join�9�other providers offering family medicine and pediatric care to the underserved population in the city of York
- Full time, outpatient position - 35 hours a week of direct patient care
- Call schedule is 1:9 and all calls are triaged by our nurse call center
- We offer MAT of Suboxone, transgender care/hormone replacement and HIV meds
- Practice augmented by full-time Spanish interpreters as well as virtual access to interpretation services, access to Social Work and Community Health Worker and educational pharmacist.
