We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join a Veterans Affairs outpatient clinic in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for adult patients
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform preventive health screenings and wellness examinations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Manage chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and heart disease
• Coordinate specialty referrals and follow-up care as needed
• Educate patients on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes

Qualifications

Required

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active Pennsylvania medical license or ability to obtain
• DEA registration or ability to obtain
• Strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
