We’re seeking a dedicated Family Medicine physician to join a well established primary care team in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. This opportunity offers a stable weekday schedule, strong clinical support, and the chance to practice full scope family medicine in a historic waterfront community known for year round recreation and exceptional quality of life.

- Outpatient only positions available, with additional opportunities for physicians interested in pediatric, newborn, and c section support
- EPIC EMR
- Traditional Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Option to discuss a 4 day work week with extended hours
- Backup phone call no more than 5 days per month
- Highly competitive compensation plan

- Home to Lake Superior State University
- Convenient access via I 75; drive times: Detroit 4.5 hrs, Lansing 4 hrs, Grand Rapids 4.5 hrs, Midland 3 hrs, Traverse City 3 hrs
- Regional airport (CIU) with daily flights to/from Detroit Metro, Minneapolis–St. Paul, and connections through Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario to Toronto
- Serves Sault Ste. Marie and the Eastern Upper Peninsula
