An established healthcare organization is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient care in a patient centered clinical environment.
This is an urgent hiring opportunity for a physician seeking a stable Monday through Friday schedule, no weekend or on call responsibilities, and a supportive outpatient practice setting.
Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate, diagnose & treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans & monitor patient progress
• Provide preventive care, wellness counseling & health screenings
• Manage chronic diseases & coordinate specialty care when appropriate
• Maintain accurate & timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
• Provide approximately 16 to 18 patient visits per day
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active or eligible for applicable state medical licensure
• Strong clinical & diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient centered care
• Candidates interested in relocation are welcome to apply
Working Hours
• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No weekend work required
• No on call required
• Approximately 16 to 18 patients per day
