A leading academic referral center in Las Vegas is seeking BE/BC Family Medicine physicians to support its growing network of primary care and quick care clinics throughout the Las Vegas Valley. This employed opportunity offers the unique blend of traditional outpatient Family Medicine with walk-in and same-day access care, providing both patient continuity and clinical variety.
The Position:
• 4-day work week
• Competitive compensation package featuring a $245,000 guaranteed base salary, up to $15,000 quarterly incentive bonus ($60,000 annually), plus loan repayment, relocation assistance, CME, and comprehensive benefits
• No inpatient responsibilities, call, or weekend coverage
• Hospital-employed Family Medicine opportunity within a growing outpatient clinic network
• Hybrid practice model combining traditional primary care with walk-in/same-day access care
• Build and maintain your own patient panel while enjoying clinical variety throughout the day
