We’re currently seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician for a full-time outpatient opportunity in Lancaster, California.
Position Highlights:
- 🩺 Specialty: Family Medicine
- 📍 Location: Lancaster, CA
- 💰 Salary: $228,000 – $350,000 annually
- 🎁 Sign-On Bonus: Offered
- 🚚 Relocation Assistance: Offered
- 🗓️ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- ⏰ Alternative: 10-hour shifts available
- 🚫 No weekends or on-call
- 🏥 Setting: 100% outpatient
- 👨👩👧👦 Adult & family patient population
- 📊 Patient Volume: Approximately 23–25 patients/day
- 📝 Strong support with onboarding and credentialing
Requirements:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
- Eligible for or able to obtain a California medical license
