Job Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat adult patients
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans
Provide preventive healthcare services
Manage chronic disease conditions
Educate patients regarding wellness and lifestyle improvements
Coordinate care with healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate medical documentation
Utilize electronic medical records
Participate in clinical improvement initiatives
Qualifications
MD or DO degree
Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Active Georgia medical license
Strong clinical decision-making skills
Experience managing acute and chronic conditions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
EMR proficiency
Commitment to ongoing medical education
Preferred:
Internal Medicine background preferred
Several years of outpatient primary care experience
Stable employment history
Experience building long-term patient relationships
Minimal malpractice history preferred
Candidates interested in long-term practice growth
Working Hours
Schedule:
Monday–Friday outpatient clinic schedule
