$250,000 starting base for new graduates; higher base available for experienced physicians

$15,000 sign-on bonus

Annual quality incentive up to 28% of base salary

New Family Medicine and Internal Medicine graduates welcome
You’ll diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, provide preventive care, coordinate referrals, and participate in a patient-centered, value-based care model.
Benefits include: 25 PTO days, 9 paid holidays (including 2 floating holidays), 5 CME days, medical/dental/vision coverage, disability coverage, 401(k), and pet insurance.
Qualifications: MD/DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine; eligible for Alabama licensure.
