💼 Position: Full-Time | 1.0 FTE
⏰ Office Hours: Mon 7:30 AM–6 PM | Tue–Fri 7:30 AM–5 PM
👥 Team: 2 Physicians + 3 APPs + Multidisciplinary Support
📚 Teaching: Residents, Medical Students & Fellows
💻 EMR: Epic / MyChart
📞 Call: Shared across nearby offices | Approximately 8 weeks/year

💼 What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive direct patient care
• Practice the full spectrum of Family Medicine
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
• Teach and mentor residents, students & fellows
• Document using Epic EMR
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Support community health programs

✅ Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible – Required
• New graduates welcome
• Active Michigan License or willing to obtain
• DEA or willing to obtain
• BLS & ACLS or willing to obtain
• Clean malpractice preferred
• Visa support: J-1 or H-1B — must be disclosed at submission
