We are seeking a Family Medicine physician to serve as Chief Medical Officer (CMO) for a growing community health organization. This role is ideal for a physician who enjoys mentoring providers, improving clinical processes, collaborating with leadership, and making a meaningful impact on the community.
Position Highlights
- 70% Clinical / 30% Administrative
- Full-spectrum Family Medicine
- Approximately 20–25 patients per day while in clinic
- Primarily Medicaid and state-insured patient population

Chief Medical Officer Leadership Responsibilities
The CMO will serve as a key clinical leader and resource for the organization, with responsibilities including:
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to physicians and APPs
- Mentor and support the provider team
- Improve provider engagement and communication
- Address clinical concerns and develop solutions
- Partner with administration on policies and procedures
- Support quality improvement initiatives
- Strengthen collaboration between clinical and administrative leadership
- Represent the organization and its providers within the community
- Help guide the organization as it continues to grow
