We are seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative, mission-driven practice in beautiful Napa, California.
This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who enjoys providing comprehensive outpatient care and wants to make a meaningful impact within an underserved community. The practice is highly dedicated to caring for poor, vulnerable, and underserved patients, with a significant focus on the geriatric population.

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting compensation: $308,406–$335,406 annually
- Seasoned clinicians may have earning potential exceeding $400,000
- Two-year salary guarantee
