An established, highly respected concierge primary care practice in Richmond, Virginia is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join its team.

This is a unique opportunity to step into an established and active patient panel following the retirement of a long-tenured physician. The incoming physician will have an existing patient base from day one while practicing in a relationship-driven environment designed around quality care rather than patient volume.

The practice prioritizes time with patients, with 30-minute minimum appointments, same-day and next-day availability, and direct physician access. Administrative burden is intentionally minimized, allowing physicians to focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, wellness, and long-term patient relationships.

Job Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to an established patient panel
Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Provide preventive care, wellness evaluations, and health screenings
Develop long-term, relationship-based care plans
Provide same-day and next-day access when appropriate
Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Deliver highly personalized, patient-centered care

Qualifications

MD or DO degree
Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active Virginia medical license or eligible and committed to obtaining licensure
5–20 years of primary care clinical experience preferred
Graduate of a U.S. medical school
Strong commitment to relationship-based primary care

Working Hours

Full-time outpatient position
Predominantly weekday schedule
No high-volume or assembly-line scheduling
Minimum 30-minute patient appointments
Established patient panel available immediately
Schedule designed to allow physicians adequate time with each patient
