Family Medicine position in: Suwanee, GA

Family Medicine opening in the Atlanta metro Located in *Suwanee, GA* - northeast Atlanta We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our growing, physician-owned practice in Metro Atlanta. * Schedule: 4-5 days per week, Monday - Friday (flexibility) * Closed weekends & major holidays to prioritize and maintain work/life balance * Outpatient only * Call: phone only (very minimal and light) * Support staff: receptionists, schedulers, medical assistants, nurses, medical billing, and administrative staff * Subspecialty collaboration available with an excellent group of physicians * 3 nearby hospitals * eClinicalWorks with AI ambient recording, and diagnostics in our office Compensation & Benefits: * Year one salary - $350k salary plus $50k sign-on bonus * After year one - base salary plus a productivity bonus with total compensation well above $400k * Pay basis: a five-day week at three patients per hour * Growth: we plan to be in every major city across metro Atlanta, and a physician who helps establish a satellite location earns additional compensation * Student loan repayment * Relocation assistance * Malpractice with tail coverage * CME * Health, dental, and vision * 401(k) with employer contribution Qualifications * MD graduates of US medical schools are preferred. * Training in an excellent residency program, with two to three years of experience * Strong ties to the Atlanta area * Board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, with a Georgia license and DEA registration (or the ability to obtain both) and a clean licensing, credentialing, and malpractice history * A physician who wants to establish a strong patient base and grow their compensation over the long term. This position is not for someone who wants to slow down, and it is not a temporary, locum, or short term position.
