Family Medicine opening in Wilton, NY Permanent Position Full-Time New location that offers: routine pediatric exams (well-baby and well-child checkups, school, camp and sports physicals); adolescent medicine; routine adult and geriatric health care (including annual physicals for health maintenance, work, school or insurance); care for illness, injury and chronic medical conditions; and preventive immunizations and precautionary inoculations, as well as cancer screening and promotion of a healthy lifestyle. Details:

• Shared call rotation averaging about 1 in every 70 days, with RN triage
• Physician governed organization with physician led JOC
• Option for flexible schedule – 3, 4, or 5 day work week
• APP Collaboration which provides an additional source of compensation
• Opportunities for teaching (1st year AMC students and precepting NP/PA students)
• Opportunity for hybrid work in Hospital Medicine if desired
• Opportunities for physician leadership/administrative work are available if interested. Package:
• Competitive starting salary range of $250,000 – $260,000 with ability to earn additional money in productivity.
• The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
