Job Title: Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO)

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a growing outpatient practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care. This role also offers the opportunity to participate in wellness, preventive medicine, and other specialty services based on clinical interests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages.

  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

  • Perform preventive care, annual wellness visits, and health screenings.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans focused on long-term health outcomes.

  • Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

  • Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care.

  • Participate in wellness, weight management, longevity medicine, regenerative medicine, ketamine therapy, and aesthetic services based on interest and training.

Required Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

  • Active Alabama medical license or eligibility for licensure.

  • Current DEA registration or ability to obtain.

  • Strong communication, clinical assessment, and patient-centered care skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary outpatient setting.

Required Skills

  • Outpatient primary care experience with the ability to diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

  • Strong patient communication, preventive care, clinical documentation, teamwork, and evidence-based treatment planning skills.

Schedule

  • Full-Time

  • Monday-Friday

  • No weekends

  • No hospital call

  • No inpatient responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits
