Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a growing outpatient practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care. This role also offers the opportunity to participate in wellness, preventive medicine, and other specialty services based on clinical interests.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Perform preventive care, annual wellness visits, and health screenings.
Develop individualized treatment plans focused on long-term health outcomes.
Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care.
Participate in wellness, weight management, longevity medicine, regenerative medicine, ketamine therapy, and aesthetic services based on interest and training.
Required Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Active Alabama medical license or eligibility for licensure.
Current DEA registration or ability to obtain.
Strong communication, clinical assessment, and patient-centered care skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary outpatient setting.
Required Skills
Outpatient primary care experience with the ability to diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Strong patient communication, preventive care, clinical documentation, teamwork, and evidence-based treatment planning skills.
Schedule
Full-Time
Monday-Friday
No weekends
No hospital call
No inpatient responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits
