A growing healthcare organization in Northwest Florida is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a busy, established outpatient clinic.
This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who wants a traditional primary care practice, flexible scheduling, no call responsibilities, strong clinical support, and quick practice growth in a desirable Florida Panhandle community.
- Full-time, hospital-employed position
- 100% outpatient Family Medicine
- Very flexible scheduling options
- No call
- Bread-and-butter primary care
- Minor office procedures
- See both pediatric and adult patients, ages 2 and up
- High patient volume with quick ramp-up potential
- Join a well-established clinic with an excellent community reputation
- Experienced physicians and new graduates encouraged to apply
- Fully equipped office space
- Strong onboarding, marketing, and physician outreach support
- Dedicated medical assistant from day one
- Join 2 experienced APPs, with additional support added as volume grows
- No state income tax
- Must be board-certified or board-eligible and have completed U.S. residency training
- J-1 visa sponsorship is not available

Practice Environment
The incoming physician will join an established outpatient clinic with the resources needed to build a successful practice quickly.
