Family Practice Physician (MD/DO)

Location: White Salmon & Stevenson, WA

Full-Time (1.0 FTE) | Outpatient FQHC

What Your Week Looks Like

• Work-Life Balance: 32 hours of direct patient care + 8 hours of administrative time (Mon-Fri, 8 AM-5 PM or 9 AM-6 PM).

• Manageable Pace: ~16 scheduled appointments per day using Epic EMR.

• Clinic Split: Enjoy working across two close-knit locations (2 days/week in White Salmon, 2 days/week in Stevenson).

• Zero On-Call: Dedicated time off with optional paid weekend shifts.

What We're Looking For

• Credentials: MD/DO degree with Board Certification in Family Medicine (or relevant specialty).

• Licensure: Active (or eligible) Washington State Medical License & DEA registration.

• Experience: 1-2 years in outpatient primary care or FQHC settings preferred. New grads welcome-we offer a structured, gradual ramp-up period!

• Bonus Points: Spanish bilingual skills, Epic EMR experience, or a background in prenatal care.

Bonuses & Compensation Extras

• Sign-On Bonus: $25,000 (with a 2-year commitment).

• Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 reimbursement based on distance.

• Incentive Programs: RVU-based productivity bonuses averaging $20,000-$80,000 annually.

• Bilingual Differential: Additional pay for fluent Spanish-speaking providers following a language assessment.
