Our client is seeking a compassionate and skilled Primary Care Physician to join a growing outpatient practice in the Atlanta Metro Area.
This opportunity is ideal for a physician who enjoys providing comprehensive, patient-centered care while building long-term relationships with adult patients.
The practice focuses on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, wellness, and delivering high-quality care through a collaborative clinical environment.
The physician will work alongside an experienced healthcare team dedicated to improving patient outcomes and providing exceptional patient experiences.
Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
Deliver preventive care and wellness-focused medicine
Educate patients on health management, treatment plans, and lifestyle improvements
Coordinate care with specialists and healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practices
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Active medical license or ability to obtain licensure
Experience managing acute and chronic conditions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to patient-centered care
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
Experience with EMR systems
Preferred Qualifications
Outpatient primary care experience
Experience managing chronic disease populations
Interest in preventive medicine and long-term patient relationships
