Primary Care Physician (MD/DO)

Total Compensation: $230k-$300k

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population, from routine wellness visits to chronic disease management
• Build long-term relationships with patients and their families, delivering personalized, continuity-focused care
• Collaborate with a network of specialists
• Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Coordinate referrals and communicate seamlessly with specialty partners to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the practice's EMR system

What We're Looking For:

• MD or DO with active (or eligible) state medical license
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for patient care
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, multi-specialty environment
• Committed to providing sensitive, high-quality, individualized care
• New graduates and experienced physicians both encouraged to apply
