Family Medicine – Northwest Indiana – Chicago Suburbs
Seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family or Internal Medicine physician to join a practice 30 minutes of Chicago.
Highlights:
- Flexible full-time schedule
- Schedule includes one evening per week until 7:00 p.m. and one Saturday per month
- Practice Hours: Monday – Friday, varies by day, Saturday, 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
- Average outpatient volume: 18 - 21 patients per day
- Telehealth offered
- Onsite lab
