Seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family to join a practice with 1 Family Medicine physician and 3 advanced practice providers. Located 40 miles south of Indianapolis.
- Flexible Full Time Schedule: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Shared call amongst group:
- Call starts Friday – Monday, 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
- Rotating Holiday Call
- Average outpatient volume: 20 - 24 patients per day
- Dedicated medical assistant
- Telehealth offered
- Lab onsite
- Collegial team
