- Small panels, quality over volume
- 100% outpatient, M"F, no nights/weekends/call/hospital
- Care coordination, pharmacy, and clinical support built in -
- 4 weeks PTO + paid holidays

- CME allowance, malpractice coverage, license/DEA reimbursement -
- Active FL license (or eligible)
- 3+ years outpatient primary care preferred
- Bi-lingual Spanish is nice to have but not required

Qualifications
- Board Certified in IM, FM, or Geriatrics- Active FL license (or eligible)
- 3+ years outpatient primary care preferred
