🔹 Daily Responsibilities
The Lead Physician will provide comprehensive patient care while serving as a clinical leader for the medical team. Responsibilities include patient evaluations, diagnosis and treatment, care planning, patient education, and coordination of specialty services. The physician will also mentor providers, participate in quality improvement initiatives, support clinical protocols, and promote efficient, patient-centered care.
🔹 Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified/Eligible in a relevant specialty
- Active California Medical License
- Current DEA registration
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Community health/FQHC experience a plus
