Family Medicine - Rural Northeastern Georgia
- Federally Qualified Health Center is seeking BC/BE Family Practitioners to join their team at two rural locations in Northeastern Georgia
- Guaranteed base salary of 275-295k DOE
- Outpatient only practices
- No weekends
- 4 1/2 to 5-day work week
- EMR: eClinicalWorks
- Full FM panel - expect to see 18-20 patients per day
- Mid-level supervision is required in these positions and offers an additional 15k annual stipend per mid-level supervised
- These are rural communities that are not commutable from Atlanta
- Full benefits package offered including relocation allowance, loan repayment through the NHSC, malpractice coverage through the FTCA, and more!
- Both clinics are busy, well-established practices - one is located near a big college town and the other is in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains
- Locations are 90 minutes and 2 hours from Atlanta
- Possible H1B sponsorship available
