• 🏥 Outpatient Family Medicine
• 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Patient Population: All Ages | 0–99
• 🕐 Full-Time or Part-Time
• 👥 Target: ~22 Patients/Day
• 🚶 Walk-In Patients
• 📞 Phone-Only After-Hours Call
• 📅 Call: 2 Consecutive Weeks, Approximately 2–3×/Year
• 🚫 No Inpatient Responsibilities
• 💻 EPIC EMR
• 👩‍⚕️ Supervise NPs & Collaborate with Care Team

🔹 Daily Responsibilities

The Family Medicine physician will provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients of all ages, including physical examinations, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, medication management, office procedures, ordering and reviewing diagnostic tests, referrals, and patient education. The physician will also see walk-in patients, supervise NPs, collaborate with the healthcare team, complete timely EMR documentation, participate in peer reviews and quality initiatives, and provide phone-based after-hours coverage.

🔹 Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Completion of Family Medicine Residency
• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Active, unrestricted California Medical License
• Active DEA Registration or eligibility to obtain
• CPR/BLS Certification
• 2+ years of experience preferred
• New Graduates Welcome
• Ambulatory clinical experience preferred
• Patient-Centered Medical Home experience preferred
• Medical Spanish preferred
• Willingness to participate in after-hours phone call
• May participate in occasional Saturday clinic rotation

🔹 Schedule & Call

📞 Phone-Only After-Hours Call — No Inpatients
📅 Two Consecutive Weeks of Call Approximately 2–3 Times/Year
📆 Possible Saturday Clinic Rotation
