• 👥 Target: ~18 Patients/Day
• 🕐 Full-Time | Day Shift
• 📞 Phone-Only After-Hours Call
• 📅 Call: 2 Consecutive Weeks, approximately 2–3×/Year
• 🚫 No Inpatient Responsibilities

🔹 Daily Responsibilities

The Family Medicine physician will provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients of all ages, including acute and chronic illness management, preventive care, physical examinations, diagnosis, treatment, medication management, office procedures, laboratory and diagnostic testing, referrals, and patient education. The physician will also manage walk-ins, review results and referrals, supervise NPs, collaborate with the healthcare team, maintain timely EMR documentation, and participate in quality initiatives and peer reviews.

🔹 Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Completion of Family Medicine Residency
• Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active California Medical License or eligibility to obtain
• Active DEA Registration or eligibility to obtain
• CPR/BLS Certification
• 2+ years of experience preferred
• New Graduates Welcome
• Ambulatory clinical experience preferred
• Patient-Centered Medical Home experience preferred
• Medical Spanish preferred
• Willingness to participate in after-hours phone call
• May participate in occasional Saturday clinic rotation

🔹 Schedule & Call

🕐 Full-Time Outpatient Schedule
📞 Phone-Only Call — No Inpatients
📅 Two Consecutive Weeks of Call Approximately 2–3 Times Per Year
📆 Possible Saturday Clinic Rotation
