Job Responsibilities
• Conduct annual physicals, preventive screenings, wellness visits, and routine examinations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate specialty referrals.
• Perform appropriate minor in-office procedures as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Active California medical license or eligibility to obtain.
• Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship-building abilities.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
