What you bring
- MD or DO, board certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Active Florida license, or a clear and immediate path to one
- Five plus years of clinical leadership inside value based or Medicare Advantage care with direct medical cost ownership
- A record of moving provider behavior through evidence and peer influence
