Family Medicine Physician (Part-Time) - Outpatient Community Health

Total Compensation: $130/hr-$140/hr

2 days/week, no weekends — you choose your days!

Looking for a part-time physician role that actually fits your life? We're seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join a warm, mission-driven outpatient team serving patients of all ages.

Work just two weekdays of your choosing — no weekends, ever — while making a meaningful impact in the community.

What You'll Do:

• Educate patients on nutrition, healthy habits, and disease prevention
• Provide whole-person primary care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic imaging
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, asthma, COPD, and hyperlipidemia
• Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe medications
• Complete annual wellness visits and preventive screenings
• Keep thorough, accurate records in the EMR
• Coordinate with specialists, behavioral health, OB/GYN, dental, and other services for well-rounded patient care
• Take part in quality improvement work and PCMH initiatives
• Mentor and supervise APPs or medical students, if desired

What You Bring:

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active New York medical license (or license-eligible)
• DEA registration
• Current BLS certification
• Experience with community health, FQHCs, or underserved populations a plus
