Job description
We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our well-established outpatient primary care practice in Odessa, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity to practice with a high degree of clinical autonomy while benefiting from a highly supportive team, strong practice infrastructure, and comprehensive on-site services.
Position Highlights:
- 100% outpatient primary care for patients of all ages
- Full-time schedule; no nights or weekends
- Broad clinical scope including family medicine, acute care, womens health, occupational medicine, and office-based procedures
- Optimized workflow including Ambient AI Scribe
- Dedicated MA support + experienced clinical and administrative team
- On-site services including lab, X-ray, ultrasound, EKG, and more
- Opportunity to incorporate preventive medicine, weight management, wellness, or other clinical interests

Qualifications:
- BC/BE Family Medicine
- Active Texas medical license and DEA (or eligibility to obtain)
