Job description
- Base Salary: $345,000 – $365,000 annually.
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 per year for 5 years (if Partnership California eligible).
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 paid.
- Student Loan Program: Up to $10,000 per year for student loan repayment (if HRSA eligible).
- CME Allowance: Negotiable CME stipend averaging $3,500 annually.
- Licenses & Dues: All medical licenses, professional dues, and subscriptions paid.

Job Responsibilities
• Lifespan Primary Care: Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for adult and pediatric patients.
• Clinical Management: Perform exams, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care for acute and chronic conditions.
• Preventative Care: Manage chronic disease programs and preventative health initiatives.
• Referral Coordination: Coordinate specialty referrals and higher levels of care when necessary.
• Clinical Supervision: Provide clinical supervision to Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) as needed.
• Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement programs and collaborative patient care initiatives.
Qualifications
• Training: Completion of an accredited internship and/or residency program.
• Licensure & DEA: Active, unrestricted California State Medical License and active DEA registration.
• Certifications: Current BLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred.
Skills
• Experience in Rural Health, Tribal Health, IHS, FQHC, or Community Health settings.
