A large, established community health organization is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join its collaborative care team in Salem, Oregon. This is an excellent opportunity to develop long-term patient relationships, practice comprehensive family medicine, and make a meaningful impact within an underserved community.

You will practice within a patient-centered medical home while managing your own full-scope Family Medicine panel across the lifespan, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. The organization has a long history of expanding access to high-quality, compassionate healthcare and offers the stability and resources of one of the Pacific Northwest’s largest community health networks.

Position Highlights

• $322,000 guaranteed first-year annual salary
