Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Family Medicine physician

Lead Physician position

Full-time opportunity

Monday-Friday, 5 days per week

Provide primary care to patients of all ages

Must have at least 5 years of experience as a physician

Leadership experience required

FQHC experience preferred

After-hours call coverage required

Must be a Southern California resident

Must have an active California medical license

Must have an active DEA registration or be eligible to obtain one

Must be willing to commute to all required health center locations

No housing, travel, or other relocation expenses will be provided unless mutually agreed upon and approved for the leadership position

Must be willing to use a personal cell phone for MFA, after-hours call, and other job-related responsibilities

EMR: Epic Ambulatory

Annual salary: $233,000-$303,000
